Playing outside is one of the girl's favorite things to do . . .

They really aren't the girliest of girls. They love to jump and climb and run loose outside. When Brant has his Playmates class on Thursday they really look forward to playing on the playground at the Callier Center. It is the best because it is totally enclosed by a fence and mommy can relax knowing the girls cannot escape the confines of that area.

Claire is very entralled by keys. Here she is using my keys to "open" part of the playground equipment.

They also love playing out in our own backyard and finds lots of different things to do out there. When the holly bushes have those red berries they love to pick them off the branches . . . they kept calling them "grapes", so I was so afraid they were going to try to eat them--yuck.

Why do kids prefer to climb up the slide instead of sliding down???

Cate has got the best pouty face. This is a mild version of her classic pout. Luckily, she doesn't try to use it too often.
