It was so great spending Easter Sunday at Nana and Apa's. Everyone loves to go out and spend time relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. When we first got there Nana had made Easter baskets for the kids, so of course everyone wanted to look at those and were excited to see what Nana had gotten them. We had a nice lunch, colored eggs and played outside. Since it had been so rainy we brought the kid's rain boots and they got a chance to use them in a HUGE puddle. They totally loved splashing in the water and throwing rocks into the puddle.
Brant looking so cool in his rain boots and sunglasses (but still holding onto his Ming-Ming and Blueberry) and exploring behind the house.
Claire looking at her Easter loot.
Mommy and Cate with her pinwheel . . . part of her Easter basket.
Nana made some AWESOME cupcakes and the kids loved them.
ZiZi with Reese and Collin.
Coloring eggs.
Aunt Amy and Reese using the egg spinner to decorate a few eggs . . . it was really cool and the kids enjoyed spinning the dye on the eggs.
Mommy helping Claire with the egg spinner. Not near as messy as the dye in open cups for 2 year olds.
Collin with his new bible that the Easter bunny brought him--very cool.
Cate, Claire and Reese splashing around.
Brant skipping rocks while Daddy shoots a little video.
Claire splashing around holding her stick. Maybe she's going to be a tom boy--she loves to be messy.
Cate having fun.
