On Christmas Eve we packed up the family and headed to Wolfe City to see Papa and Cha Cha. We had our traditional Christmas Eve foods and just snacked all afternoon. The girls insisted on bring their dress up trunks and they had fun playing dress up with Reese and each other. It was such a cold day and we started getting tons of big, fluffy snowflakes that were so wonderful on Christmas Eve. It was a great day spending time with family and just hanging out. In the evening, we opened presents and the kids really had a great time opening gifts. That night on the way home the snow/ice was beginning to stick and it took hours to get home. It was great having snow on Christmas, but the roads were pretty scary. Once we got home, the kids got our cookies for Santa and some carrots for the reindeer and headed up to bed.
